Refund & Returns Policy
Our commitment to fair refunds and support for digital product keys.
Office Product Keys sells digital software licence keys only. All products are delivered electronically by email and/or via your account. No physical items are shipped. This policy explains when we can offer a refund or replacement and how to request support.

1. General Refund Policy
Our standard refund window is 30 days from the date of purchase. Because we sell digital licence keys, once a key has been viewed or used it generally cannot be "returned" in the same way as a physical product. We are committed to ensuring you receive a valid, working key. If you have activation issues, we will first provide full technical support. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace the key or issue a refund as described below.
2. When We May Refund or Replace
- Key not delivered: You did not receive your key within a reasonable time and we cannot re-deliver it (after checking spam/junk and email accuracy).
- Key cannot be activated: The key does not activate, and after reviewing screenshots or error messages we confirm the key is invalid or blocked. We will first try to replace the key; if that is not possible, we will refund.
- Duplicate order: You accidentally ordered the same product twice and did not use one of the keys. We may refund the unused order after verifying the key was not activated.
- Wrong product (our error): You received a different product than ordered (e.g. wrong edition) and we cannot correct it by providing the correct key.
3. When a Refund Is Not Possible
- Key already activated: If the key has been successfully activated and is working, we cannot refund for change of mind, wrong product choice, or no longer needing the licence.
- Customer-side issues: Problems due to your hardware, software, OS, internet, or device incompatibility when requirements were clearly stated on the product page.
- Wrong product chosen: You bought a key for the wrong edition, region, or platform when the correct information was clearly shown (e.g. Windows vs macOS).
- Abuse: We reserve the right to decline refunds and/or block accounts if we detect abuse (e.g. repeated refund requests after successful activation, fraud, or policy abuse).
4. How to Request Support or a Refund
Contact us at support@officeproductkeys.com with your order number, the email used at purchase, the product name, and (for activation issues) clear screenshots of any error messages. Our team will review your case and confirm whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund under this policy.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.) where possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 3–10 business days. We will email you once the refund has been issued. If you have not received it after our confirmation, check your bank or payment account and contact your card issuer; if it still does not appear, contact us again.
6. No Physical Returns
We do not sell or ship physical products. There is no need to return anything by post. All support, replacements, and refunds are handled online via email.
